Cancellation policy
Enrollment in a performance solo is non-refundable unless you cancel at least 1 week prior to the first rehearsal. If canceled less than one week prior, you will receive an account credit that can be applied to any DivaDance classes, merchandise or party services.
The cost covers all rehearsals – if you are unable to attend a pre-determined rehearsal date/time, please contact jacksonville@divadancecompany.com as far in advance as possible so we can help coordinate rescheduling with your Instructor pending their availability. There is no refund for missed / canceled rehearsals – you can catch up via videos shared by your Instructor if needed!
